While broader digital channels are part of the remit, the focus is squarely on automation, personalisation, and lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities

- Implement progressive profiling, pre-filled forms, availability widgets, and booking-intent tracking to maximise conversions.
- Maintain and evolve CRM workflows, lead scoring, routing, and unified resident profiles.
- Plan and execute campaigns across email, social, programmatic, and paid channels with performance optimisation in mind.
- Use analytics and reporting to guide channel strategy, attribution, and audience segmentation.
- Support content, website, and microsite optimisation where necessary, including A/B testing and conversion rate improvements.
- Produce dashboards and performance reports tracking occupancy, lead conversion, and ROI.
- Ensure GDPR-compliant data management and adherence to marketing governance standards.
- Partner with Operations, Sales, and Product/Tech teams to align campaigns with business priorities and tech integrations.
- Work alongside community and resident experience teams to enhance engagement, advocacy, and retention.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in marketing automation, CRM management, and lifecycle marketing, preferably in HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- Hands-on knowledge of multi-channel digital marketing (email, paid social, programmatic) with the ability to optimise campaigns through data.
- Strong analytical skills: dashboarding, attribution modelling, A/B testing, and lifecycle measurement.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and stakeholder management skills.
