A leading global fintech is reshaping how it measures, personalises and scales its marketing, and they need someone to own the digital and analytics side of that. The wider function is built out of people from digital-first organisations. Performance-led, not a traditional financial services environment.

The Role

  • You'll own the marketing measurement agenda, turning raw performance data into actionable insights.
  • Strong across GA4, multi-touch attribution and the full tracking stack underneath it, with the credibility to shape how AI gets embedded into marketing measurement and decisioning.
  • Typical work includes:
    • Owning marketing measurement and attribution across web, app and server-side.
    • Evolving multi-touch attribution models and the data flowing through them.
    • Building the measurement stack across GA4, GTM, server-side tagging and conversion APIs.
    • Unlocking performance data for SEO, performance, growth and CRM teams to act on.
    • Scoping and delivering AI-powered marketing measurement solutions, from experimentation into production.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of GA4, GTM, server-side tagging, conversion APIs and attribution.
  • Experience in digital analytics, MarTech, performance marketing or measurement.
  • Track record of translating business requirements into technical specs.
  • Exposure to AI, ML or automation in a marketing or commercial context.
  • Bias for shipping, not just discovery decks.

Nice to have

  • AI workflow tooling or prompt engineering.
  • Comfort around APIs, data schemas and integrations.
