We’re looking for a senior Social Influence transformation specialist to drive adoption and change across a complex portfolio of global brands and international markets.
This isn’t an execution role. You’ll sit across brands and markets, helping teams turn global strategy into action through the right systems, playbooks, measurement frameworks and ways of working.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving adoption of new strategies, tools and ways of working across multiple markets
- Building trusted relationships and influencing senior stakeholders
- Turning global strategy into practical, locally relevant action
- Setting standards for Social Influence measurement and demonstrating impact
- Using data to identify performance gaps and develop market intervention plans
- Building business cases and supporting commercial processes
- Working hands‑on to remove barriers and make change stick
What we’re looking for:
- Strong transformation and change management experience
- Deep understanding of influencer marketing and Social Influence
- Proven multi‑market and multi‑brand experience
- Strong social measurement, data and impact capability
- Experience navigating a large, complex matrix organisation
- A confident, proactive self‑starter who can operate at pace
- Someone equally comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and getting into the detail
