We're looking for an experienced OneAdvanced Workforce Management Functional Consultant to join a major transformation programme delivering a modern workforce management solution across a large portfolio of care homes. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a business-critical rollout, helping operational teams improve workforce visibility, streamline attendance management, enhance compliance, and drive efficiencies across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Functional Consultant, you'll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the solution is configured and delivered to meet operational needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading workshops to gather and document business requirements
  • Acting as the subject matter expert for OneAdvanced Workforce Management
  • Supporting the design and configuration of the Time & Attendance module
  • Mapping current and future-state workforce processes
  • Supporting testing, UAT, defect resolution, and go-live activities
  • Working closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT teams
  • Assisting with workforce data migration and integrations
  • Delivering user training and supporting change adoption
  • Providing post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant on OneAdvanced Workforce Management projects
  • Strong hands-on experience with the OneAdvanced Time & Attendance (T&A) module
  • Experience delivering end-to-end Workforce Management implementations
  • Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills
  • Experience supporting configuration, testing, and user training
  • Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience working with HR, Payroll, and operational business teams
  • Experience within multi-site organisations
  • Care Homes, Healthcare, Social Care, or NHS experience
  • Payroll integration experience
