A Global SaaS business is looking for an experienced Content Designer/UX Writer to join their product design team. You'll create clear, accessible in-product content across apps and services, helping improve the end-to-end UX for customers across European markets. This is hands-on, user-centred content design in a mature product environment.
What You'll Do
- Create high-quality UX copy: microcopy, labels, messaging, onboarding flows, and in-product guidance
- Shape tone of voice, content patterns and localisation across EU regions
- Collaborate with UX, Product, Research, BA/Solution Design, and Engineering
- Use research insights and data to iterate, refine and improve the user journey
- Contribute to content guidelines, accessibility standards and content QA
- Work in Figma, Miro, Jira (Dovetail a bonus)
What You'll Bring
- Proven Content Designer or UX Writer experience in SaaS/B2B product environments
- Strong knowledge of UX principles, accessibility and user-centred design
- Excellent writing, editing, structure and story-flow skills
- Experience using research, usability testing and analytics to inform content decisions
- Understanding of localisation and working with translation workflows
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable working independently across multiple projects
