SALT is supporting a leading enterprise SaaS organisation as they hire a senior Field Marketing leader to own go‑to‑market delivery for the UKI Financial Services market.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This role owns the end‑to‑end field marketing strategy and execution for UKI Financial Services, with a clear focus on demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue impact. Acting as the single‑threaded marketing lead, the role aligns sales, partners, and cross‑functional marketing teams to deliver integrated, account‑focused GTM programmes.
KEY CONTRACT DETAILS
- 11-month contract
- Hybrid working in London
- £320 per day, inside IR35
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own and deliver the UKI Financial Services field marketing strategy, aligned to regional and global priorities
- Design and execute demand generation programmes across events, ABM/ABX, campaigns, partner motions, and executive engagements
- Act as the single‑threaded marketing lead, orchestrating field, digital, content, PR, partner, and customer marketing teams
- Partner closely with senior Sales leaders and account teams to support target accounts, priority opportunities, and pipeline gaps
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of field events, trade shows, executive roundtables, and customer engagement programmes
- Track, analyse, and report on pipeline impact, ROI, and programme performance, using insights to optimise future investment
ABOUT YOU
- 7+ years’ experience in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing roles within enterprise technology or SaaS
- Demonstrated success delivering marketing programmes with measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Strong experience partnering with enterprise Sales teams in complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
- Strategic yet hands‑on operator with strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Nice to have: experience marketing to, or working within, Financial Services
