Salt are partnered with a well-established cultural organisation, and they are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to join on a contract basis.

Capacity: 3 days per week (Tuesday required, with two additional flexible days)
About the Role:
This is a contract Ecommerce Manager opportunity focused on maintaining and optimising an established ecommerce function during a key trading period.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the online store, monitoring performance, producing regular reporting, and supporting the successful delivery of pre-planned campaigns, product launches and commercial activity. Working closely with an Ecommerce Executive, you will help maintain momentum across trading initiatives without direct line management responsibility.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on ecommerce trading, performance analysis and operational excellence within a fast-paced consumer-facing environment.
Requirements:
- Strong experience working with Shopify
- Proven ecommerce trading and optimisation expertise
- Experience using Mailchimp
- Ability to analyse and report on ecommerce performance, campaign effectiveness and key trading metrics
- Experience working collaboratively with wider ecommerce teams and stakeholders
- Comfortable managing day‑to‑day ecommerce operations and maintaining performance during busy trading periods
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to keep multiple initiatives running smoothly
