Join a leading UK consumer health and wellness brand with products sold in 50+ international markets. We're looking for a hands-on Ecommerce & Marketplace Operations Manager to take ownership of our Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Amazon Seller Central (3P) performance and account health
  • Manage product listings, catalogue updates, compliance, returns, and chargebacks
  • Oversee Shopify and TikTok Shop order fulfilment and customer experience
  • Manage stock availability, replenishment, and forecasting across channels
  • Produce sales, inventory, and operational reporting
  • Work across Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, ERP systems, and Excel
  • Support ecommerce process improvements and international marketplace expansion

Requirements

  • Strong Amazon Seller Central experience (essential)
  • Experience managing ecommerce operations across marketplaces and DTC channels
  • Understanding of stock management, fulfilment, and forecasting
  • Shopify experience
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills
  • ERP experience (SAP preferred)
  • Organised, proactive, and highly operational with strong attention to detail
