Salt are partnered with a leading retail and ecommerce brand and are looking for a CRM Migration Manager (Klaviyo) to join on a freelance contract basis.
Duration: Initial 2 Months (chance for extension)
Location: London (Hybrid)
About the Role:
This is a hands-on CRM migration project focused on moving customer data, automations, segmentation and reporting into Klaviyo.
You will lead the end-to-end migration, working closely with CRM, Ecommerce, Data and Technology teams to ensure a seamless transition while optimising customer journeys and lifecycle marketing programmes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering CRM/ESP migrations into Klaviyo
- Strong knowledge of Klaviyo flows, campaigns, segmentation and reporting
- Experience managing large customer databases and data migrations
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, retention and personalisation
- Background in ecommerce, retail, fashion, luxury or consumer brands
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
