A major UK retailer is looking for an experienced CRM Manager with a strong broadcast and Ometria background to join a fast‑paced team on an initial 3‑month contract.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning the operational delivery of daily broadcast campaigns (often 2 per day: WW & CW).
  • Managing segment selection and stakeholder sign‑off.
  • Creating a time‑tracking and capacity framework for CRM builds.
  • Driving efficiency and consistency in Ometria builds.
  • Supporting and coaching three CRM builders, helping evolve build approaches.
  • Leading QA tracking, logging errors and producing weekly error‑rate reports.
  • Producing clear documentation, checklists and repeatable processes for monthly campaigns.

What we’re looking for:
