A fast-growing D2C E-commerce brand is looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to join their growth team. This is a hands-on role, focused on email and SMS marketing, driving repeat purchases, and supporting key trading moments. You'll work closely with the growth, creative, and merchandising teams to execute campaigns, optimise automated flows, and ensure life cycle marketing drives measurable impact.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the planning, execution, and optimisation of all email and SMS campaigns
- Build and refine life cycle journeys and automated flows to increase repeat purchase and engagement
- Identify key customer segments and deliver targeted campaigns
- Run testing and reporting to track performance and inform future campaigns
