The Role
You will sit at the heart of the creative workflow, keeping projects on track across multiple clients. This is a hands-on role where you will plan resource, manage trafficking and support the delivery of high quality campaigns that land on time, on spec and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and traffic briefs through the Creative Department for your clients.
- Work closely with structural, design, artwork, digital and AV teams to maintain seamless workflow.
- Prioritise and manage creative resource, including freelancers where required.
- Maintain quality standards, ensuring creative leads sign off all priority work.
- Track budgets, timesheets and utilisation to support studio efficiency.
- Contribute resource to new business where needed.
- Strengthen processes and communication across all departments.
- Ensure work aligns with style guides, legal requirements and confidentiality expectations.
About You
- 4 plus years as in a CS, Traffic or Resource role within an integrated agency or pre-press environment.
- Solid understanding of ATL and BTL production including POP, POS, print and production techniques.
- Experienced managing traffic flow, WIPs and artwork production.
- Organised, solutions focused and confident communicating with stakeholders.
- Comfortable under pressure, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of structural production is beneficial.
- Mac and PC literate, proficient with Microsoft Office and ideally familiar with InDesign.
- A positive, proactive team player with natural leadership skills.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with major UK, European or global FMCG, shopper or entertainment brands.
- Understanding of structural production workflows for FSDUs etc.
