We're looking for an experienced Contingent Workforce Specialist to support a large-scale M&A integration project. This is a hands-on operational role focused on contingent workforce transitions, workforce data management, compliance, supplier coordination, onboarding, and system migrations.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in contingent workforce operations
- MSP, VMS, or supplier management experience
- Strong understanding of contingent worker compliance and classification
- Advanced Excel and data reconciliation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to Have:
- M&A integration experience
- Workforce migration or transformation project exposure
- HRIS implementation experience
