We’ve partnered with a fast-growing D2C consumer brand with a global audience of millions. The business operates across content, digital and commerce, and is looking for a highly creative Content Lead to elevate how the brand shows up across all channels. This is a senior, hands-on role combining creative leadership, strategic ownership and execution, with the opportunity to shape the brand’s content vision end-to-end.
The Role
You’ll lead a small, high-performing content team and define a content strategy that brings campaigns, launches and brand storytelling to life. The work requires a strong creative instinct, someone who can spot ideas, shape narratives and push content to feel distinctive, while still delivering commercial impact. You’ll act as both creative lead and hands-on contributor, staying closely involved in ideation, art direction and writing.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the creative direction for content across campaigns, launches and always-on activity
- Lead standout, creatively driven storytelling across social channels, particularly Instagram
- Ensure consistency, quality and creative excellence across all content outputs (social, email, on-site, editorial, paid)
- Develop and maintain content guidelines, templates and workflows
- Own the content strategy, using performance data to optimise impact and ROI
- Manage budgets and prioritise projects in a fast-moving D2C environment
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all content feels distinctive and on-brand
- Lead, mentor and inspire a team of creatives and writers
Background & Experience
You’ll be a creative, content-first leader with strong commercial awareness and experience building and guiding teams. Likely backgrounds include:
