We're looking for a Social Community Manager to join a leading digital communications team, supporting community management activity across high-profile international accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside social strategists, insights specialists and digital marketing professionals within a fast-paced agency environment.
The Role
- Manage day-to-day community engagement across multiple social channels
- Monitor conversations and respond to audiences in line with brand guidelines
- Support the delivery of social and digital campaigns
- Escalate sensitive issues and reputational risks where required
- Collaborate with strategists, account teams and digital specialists
- Track engagement activity and contribute to campaign reporting
- Stay on top of social media trends and platform best practices
About You
- 1-3 years' experience in Community Management, Social Media or Digital Marketing
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Experience within an agency, corporate or large-brand setting is advantageous
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work
