We’re working with a fast‑growing digital consumer brand in East London looking for a Community & Content Executive to help bring their brand to life across content, CRM and community engagement. This role suits someone who loves being close to a brand and its audience – organised and executional, but with a creative eye and a genuine interest in building community.

The Role

  • You’ll support the delivery of campaigns and content across email, SMS, social media and owned digital channels.
  • It’s a hands‑on, varied role where you’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day execution, keep the community engaged and ensure everything that goes out is accurate, on‑brand and on time.

What You’ll Do

  • Write and adapt content for email, SMS and social channels.
  • Manage and respond to community and customer enquiries across email and social.
  • Support campaign planning and delivery across multiple channels.
  • Help build and manage content within platform backends with strong attention to detail.
  • Assist in the creation of social content including static posts and short‑form video.
  • Represent the brand in live and recorded content formats.
