The role will act as a trusted advisor across key business priorities, leading cross-functional programmes, supporting board and investor engagement, and ensuring delivery against strategic objectives during a period of significant growth and change.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to execute strategic priorities and business objectives.
- Lead large-scale transformation and change programmes across multiple functions.

- Coordinate and manage high-priority cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
- Support board reporting, governance activities, and investor engagement processes.

ABOUT YOU
- 15+ years' experience within strategy, management consulting, business operations, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale transformation and change programmes.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to assess business performance.
- Experience working closely with Boards, investors, and C-suite stakeholders.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and programme leadership skills.
