Change Manager - Global Oracle HCM Programme Location: London Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days per week on-site in East London, with occasional travel to a West London office Rate: £300 per day Status: Outside IR35 Contract: Initially 6 months Start: October 2026 I'm recruiting on behalf of an established global education organisation for an experienced Change Manager to join a major international Oracle HCM transformation programme. This is a highly consultative role with the opportunity to shape and deliver the change, readiness and adoption approach across a complex global Oracle implementation. The successful candidate will act as the key link between the Oracle solution, programme teams and end users, ensuring that new technology, processes and ways of working are successfully understood, adopted and embedded across the organisation. The primary focus will be behavioural change and user adoption, supported by a strong understanding of the functional and technical changes being introduced. Key Responsibilities . Lead change, business readiness and adoption activity across international Oracle HCM deployments . Develop and continuously improve the programme's change and implementation approach . Assess organisational readiness and identify change risks, adoption barriers and areas requiring intervention . Drive behavioural change and adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working . Act as the change management link between the Oracle solution, associated services and end users . Work consultatively with programme leadership, HR, Business Analysts, Oracle specialists and implementation partners . Support current-state and future-state process mapping and user-impact assessment . Review solution designs from a change, adoption and user-impact perspective . Support UAT activity and use feedback to identify potential adoption challenges . Support Oracle Guided Learning, user guidance, webinars, briefings and other adoption activity . Develop targeted stakeholder engagement and communications plans across different audiences and countries .
