- We are looking for an experienced
Change, Communications & Stakeholder Lead to support a major Finance transformation programme.
This is a high-impact role focused on developing the stakeholder, engagement and adoption strategy around a significant Finance transformation.
The successful candidate will help shape the transformation by engaging with Finance around its existing challenges, rather than simply communicating predetermined changes.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders and alongside the Target Operating Model and Programme leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the overall stakeholder engagement and organisational change approach.
- Map key stakeholders, influencers, blockers, advocates and decision-makers.
- Lead structured discovery, listening and engagement exercises.
- Translate stakeholder intelligence into practical recommendations for programme leadership.
- Develop adoption strategies to support the wider transformation.
