SALT is supporting a B2B marketing agency seeking an Events Coordinator to provide short-term operational and administrative support for upcoming events.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This role will support the events team with coordination, logistics, administration, and supplier communication during a busy project period. The Events Coordinator will help ensure smooth delivery by managing operational tasks and liaising with partners and vendors. Ideal for someone with early career events experience looking to build their portfolio.

KEY CONTRACT DETAILS

  • 1.5‑month contract, Outside IR35
  • Hybrid working in London
  • £200 per day

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and operational tasks for upcoming events.
  • Liaise with suppliers, venues, and external partners to support event delivery.
  • Manage event documentation, timelines, and administrative processes.
  • Support internal teams with event-related communications and updates.
  • Assist with on-the-day event coordination where required.

ABOUT YOU

  • 1–2 years’ experience in events coordination or event operations.
