Salt is partnering with a global social first creative agency in London and is looking to recruit an experienced Account Director with strong Social Media Campaigns experience and fluent/native Italian to lead the local market social strategy and client relationship for a key client in Rome, Italy.
Our client has a track record of delivering transformational Social first campaigns for iconic brands and you will join a team of social natives and brand experts, underpinned by technology.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure your team's output is in line with the overall social strategy and work closely with freelancers and the team in Italy to execute against the strategy.
- Travel to Rome on a monthly basis to spend time with your clients and freelance network.
- As the main point of contact, be responsible for fostering and developing a constructive relationship that will allow you to identify and communicate the value of your work to the client.
- Ensure accurate delivery of scope of work (deliverables and time) using time tracking, ensuring deliverables are of high quality and all deadlines are met.
- Recognise and resolve any scope or resourcing issues and lead on new resourcing requests as well as reporting on commercial performance monthly.
- Organise key client calls, meetings and Quarterly Reviews.
- Recognise and resolve client issues and progress reports.
- Work alongside wider team members to review ways of working to ensure delivery feels positive for both clients and teams.
- Live in London and be an Italian native/fluent (who speaks fluent English too).
- Happy to travel to Rome on a monthly basis to meet clients and freelancers on the ground.
- Experience as a Senior Account Manager or Account Director with a social first or integrated agency and client facing experience.
- Strong Social Media Campaigns experience that you have led on and managed from start to finish.
- Strong stakeholder management experience and the confidence to push back and be a trusted advisor.
- Strong project management and time management skills and the ability to work at pace.
- Experience developing and building relationships to develop and grow key accounts.
