The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to join a newly formed team — a key, revenue-generating area focused on turning complex legal documents into structured, AI-powered insights. You’ll help define how legal and financial professionals interact with AI, designing intuitive, high-trust experiences in a complex domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Product & Design Strategy
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and domain experts to define direction
- Translate complex workflows into clear experiences
- Run discovery and user research
- Design with a focus on outcomes
- Design interfaces for AI document extraction and analysis
- Prioritise clarity, trust, and explainability
- Help shape how AI outputs are evaluated and improved
- Explore new interaction patterns for AI
- Own design from concept to production
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI

About You
- Experience designing complex, data-heavy products (SaaS, fintech, legal tech, enterprise)
