We’re looking for a Head of Brand to lead the brand forward as they are continuing through one of the biggest growth periods! This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role for someone who knows how to build a modern, high‑growth D2C brand through organic social, creative storytelling, standout experiences, PR, and community‑led moments. You’ll take full ownership of building the story of the brand as they enter new areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the brand strategy, positioning, voice, and visual identity
- Lead organic social strategy across key platforms, driving cultural relevance and growth
- Set the creative vision across content, campaigns, and brand storytelling
- Own PR and earned media strategy, building meaningful press and cultural moments
- Establish clear brand KPIs and track performance across awareness, engagement, and sentiment
- Take full ownership of the budget (ATL, PR, Social, Digital etc)
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience leading brand in a high‑growth D2C, retail, or consumer business
- Excellent experience across all areas of brand marketing (ATL, PR, Digital, Social, Content, Events, and Influencer management)
- Experience owning PR strategy and building earned media relationships
- Strong communication to drive results and communicate with stakeholders across the business
- Natural storyteller who creates compelling and creative marketing to drive brand forward
