Lean Management System / Transformation Lead ( Lean Six Sigma) (Green Belt, Black Belt, Master Black Belt) – Banking Client – Brussels Duration: 6 months Rate: 600 – 900 EUROS per day UK Contractors must use an accredited umbrella company and 4 days a month on site in Belgium is mandatory. This experienced Lean navigator has an established knowledge of the Lean Management System in an administrative/financial environment. This Lean expert can both execute tasks in the different Lean dimensions (such as building OTE waterfalls, doing process reviews, running problem solving sessions, building skills matrices, develop KPI trees and reports, establishing whiteboards, etc) as well as establishing those practices in an operational environment and coaching line management on how to use them in order to build a sustainable Lean management environment. The navigator also sees and knows how Lean practices within a team integrate into a cascading performance management and an E2E value delivery to the customer. The following skills are minimal requirements: Deep knowledge of Lean management techniques (artifacts and practices) in an administrative/financial environment Coaching capability in an operational environment on concrete practices Deep knowledge on the usage of Lean techniques to achieve concrete results (eg problem solving, process improvement techniques such as eg Six Sigma, DMAIC , etc) Deep knowledge of End-to-end customer value reviews, including customer journey reviews, KANO models, etc and how translate those in meaningful KPI’s Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, Master Black Belt) Toyota Production System (TPS) training Certified Scrum Master (if Agile and Lean principles overlap) Other Lean-specific training (e.g., Kaizen Facilitator Certification) Lean Management” – “Continuous Improvement (Kaizen)” – “Waste Reduction (Muda)” – “Value Stream Mapping (VSM)” – “Standard Work” – “5S Methodology” – “Kanban” – “Just-In-Time (JIT)” – “Pull Systems” Fluency in English.
