This is an opportunity to join a high-profile programme responsible for strengthening Privileged Access Management (PAM) governance, improving access controls and delivering sustainable identity processes across a complex, highly regulated enterprise.
This isn't a traditional Business Analyst role. We're looking for someone who genuinely understands Identity & Access Management and can bridge the gap between business stakeholders, security teams and technical delivery teams to design practical, compliant and scalable IAM solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading business analysis activities across Privileged Access Management initiatives
- Driving PAM governance, remediation and access control improvements
- Capturing and documenting business and functional requirements
- Designing As-Is and To-Be business processes using BPMN
- Producing high-quality functional specifications for technical delivery teams
- Working closely with Security, IAM, Infrastructure and Business stakeholders
- Supporting role modelling, RBAC, access reviews and recertification activities
- Developing user guides, quick reference materials and training documentation
- Supporting testing, implementation and successful business adoption
- Performing impact assessments and identifying business risks
- Helping define pragmatic solutions that balance governance, security and operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience as an IAM Business Analyst or PAM Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management principles
- Hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management governance
- Experience with CyberArk, SailPoint, Delinea, BeyondTrust or similar IAM/PAM technologies
- Strong understanding of RBAC, access certification, privileged account governance and least-privilege principles
- Excellent BPMN process mapping and business process documentation skills
- Experience writing BRDs, user stories, functional specifications and process documentation
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation experience
- Experience delivering within highly regulated environments such as Financial Services
You'll Stand Out If You Have Experience With
- CyberArk
- SailPoint
- Delinea
- BeyondTrust
- Active Directory
- Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)

- Joiner, Mover & Leaver (JML) processes
- ServiceNow

Why Apply?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a strategic cyber security programme where Identity & Access Management sits at the heart of the organisation's technology and regulatory agenda. You'll work alongside senior security leaders, architects and engineering teams on enterprise-scale initiatives that directly influence how privileged access is governed across a global organisation.
