They're a high-growth retail business backed by two of Britain's best-known names in tech and retail. They're looking for a Product Lead to own their top-of-funnel discovery experience, shaping how millions of customers find, choose, and buy online.
The role in a nutshell
You'll own the moment of discovery. From Search and Browse to Agentic AI, you'll make sure every touchpoint is intuitive, joyful, and moving us closer to their strategic vision. Your domain spans Search, Browse, Shopping Tools, Promotions, and Agentic AI and you'll be the primary bridge between deep technical capability on one side and real customer and commercial needs on the other. This is a role for someone who loves solving genuinely complex problems and proving impact through measurable product KPIs.
You'll be reporting into a brilliant Head of Product who promotes true autonomy, ownership and impact for her teams while having a strong commercial connection to their customers and the performance of the business.
