About the Company

Our client is a well established events business - part of a well-known media group - with a strong UK portfolio. They operate in a fast paced, collaborative environment where design plays a central role in brand engagement and audience growth.

The Role

You will take the lead on designing a wide range of print and digital materials that support event campaigns from concept development through to delivery. This is a hands on role where you will work closely with marketing, event teams and other creatives to produce consistent, engaging visuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create design assets across print, digital, social, web, infographics and presentations.
  • Develop ideas that strengthen brand identity and elevate campaign messaging.
  • Manage multiple design projects, prioritising deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, incorporating feedback and refining work.
  • Maintain and organise digital asset libraries and design files.
  • Provide occasional design support on site at events.

About You

  • Five or more years of experience in an agency, publishing or in-house design environment.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud across Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat.
  • Confident using Canva and familiar with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Able to balance creative thinking with rigorous attention to detail.
  • Comfortable delivering work across print and digital formats.
  • A team orientated designer who communicates well and takes feedback constructively.
  • A portfolio that shows strong layout, typography and brand alignment.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working within the events or energy sector.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Monday.com, Teams, Slack or Zoom.
