Salt is seeking an experienced Workday Business Analyst to join a global HR/HCM transformation programme.

You will lead requirements gathering, map As-Is/To-Be processes, and define integration boundaries between Workday Learning and Sana across 17 markets.

This hybrid role is based in Reading or Dublin with 3 on-site days per week and a 6-month contract Inside IR35.

You will partner with senior HR/L&D leaders and technical teams to deliver a scalable, compliant learning platform.
