About the Role:

We are on the hunt for a hands-on Events Producer to join a thriving global and multi-award-winning communications agency within the corporate projects space. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, from planning to execution. You will work on live events, virtual leadership meetings, exhibitions, digital content, and 360 brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead the planning and execution of both onsite and virtual events.
  • Manage internal client relationships, delivering exceptional service and results.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and industry challenges.
  • Develop creative content and messaging to achieve impactful communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including design, digital, and video production.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in communications and events (MUST have agency experience and ideally a familiarisation with pharmaceutical/corporate projects).
  • Degree in Events, Marketing, OR Communications is a bonus.
  • Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and multi-tasking.
  • Knack for written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong client management abilities with a creative and adaptable approach.
  • Experience working with extended teams and managing multiple complex projects.
