Are you passionate about building standout employer brands that attract top talent globally? We’re hiring an Employer Brand Lead to shape and deliver a world-class employer branding strategy in partnership with a leading creative agency.

In this high-impact role, you’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders across People, Brand, and Comms to define and execute a global vision—bringing to life a compelling and authentic employer brand aligned with business goals and culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partnering with a dedicated employer brand agency to develop and deliver a global employer brand strategy.
  • Leading recruitment marketing campaigns that enhance the candidate experience and support talent attraction.
  • Shaping compelling content across formats—videos, blogs, social posts—that reflect our EVP and employee stories.
  • Managing digital presence across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Instagram and more, while launching employee advocacy initiatives.
  • Using data and insights from the brand agency to optimise performance and maximise ROI.
  • Strengthening internal engagement through storytelling, recognition programs, and localised branding efforts.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Aligning employer brand messaging across all touchpoints with internal teams (People, TA, Marketing, Comms).
  • Overseeing digital storytelling and content production with external creative teams.
  • Leading the development of an employee advocacy strategy to amplify authentic voices.
  • Supporting global People teams with internal campaigns and initiatives to boost advocacy and engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience leading employer brand and talent attraction initiatives in a global organisation.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in content development and campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of social media, digital, and recruitment marketing best practices.
  • Data-driven approach with experience in campaign analytics and optimisation.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Passion for crafting standout candidate experiences and employer narratives.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 12 months, with potential to go permanent.
  • Rate: Up to £500/day (Umbrella) or £375/day (PAYE).
  • Hours: 38/week, Mon–Fri.
  • Location: Hybrid (Infrequent travel).
  • Security: BPSS required (no higher clearance needed).

Interview Process:

  • Two stages – in-person on May 2nd, followed by a virtual final round.
