Looking to take the next step in your eCommerce career? We're partnering with a leading global consumer brand to find an organised and proactive Digital Assistant to join their Online team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around a year's experience, or a strong graduate looking to build a long-term career in eCommerce, digital or online trading within a global beauty/retail business.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the Online team with day-to-day administration and coordination
- Managing spreadsheets, trackers and product information
- Coordinating website assets with product and marketing teams
- Assisting with website updates and online trading activity
- Creating and maintaining product packs for launches and merchandising activities
- Supporting project coordination and wider team administration
- Taking ownership of ad hoc tasks and driving things forward independently
What we're looking for:
- Around 1 year's experience in eCommerce, digital, marketing, merchandising, retail or administration
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet management skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a coordination and administration-focused environment
- Positive, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
- Genuine interest in developing a career within eCommerce and digital
