Paid Social and Programmatic Manager

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Paid Social and Programmatic Manager to support the setup, trafficking, and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns across programmatic and paid social channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage campaigns in CM360, DV360, and paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit, X).
  • Implement and troubleshoot tags, creatives, and tracking pixels.
  • Collaborate on campaign launches, pacing, and cross-channel execution.
  • Build and maintain automated reports in Funnel.io and Looker Studio.
  • Ensure QA standards and streamline trafficking processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years in ad operations, trafficking, or performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in CM360 & DV360, with strong knowledge of tracking and attribution.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple paid social platforms.
  • Familiarity with Funnel.io, Supermetrics, or similar reporting tools.
  • Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of DSPs, brand safety, and compliance.
  • Experience with creative management tools (Celtra, Smartly, etc.).
