Practice Lead – Strategy and Transformation (UK and Europe) | Head of Salt’s CSR Committee

An executive opportunity to join a fast growing strategy consultancy in the UK. Helping to shape their growth from the ground up.

I am supporting an exciting, disruption-focused, digital native strategy consultancy, that has recently launched in London. The organization builds impactful partnerships with its clients as a co-collaborator, implementing innovative digital strategies to create real disruption.

They are looking for talented individuals who possess the right mix of data-driven strategy skills, a digital-first mindset, and an entrepreneurial drive.

Successful applicants will come in and take up an immediate hands-on role within the business, delivering on key projects and helping guide and manage new talent coming in.

A successful candidate will have the ability to work across multiple industries, with significant experience working with clients to develop a strategic vision and blueprint.

Individuals should have the following:

Experience in building strategy projects whilst being able to utilize unique ideas/ways of thinking.
Worked directly with C-level to help build business strategy looking through a digital lens.
Expertise in one or more of the following: Digital Strategy, Data Analytics, Business Strategy, Innovation, eCommerce Strategy, M&A, Transaction Advisory, etc.
