We're looking for a hands-on Digital Performance & CRM Manager to lead growth across a high-performing DTC e-commerce business in the UK & Ireland. This role owns performance marketing and CRM end-to-end - from paid media and affiliates to lifecycle marketing, retention and loyalty. You'll set strategy, manage budgets, lead agencies, and turn customer data into measurable growth.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Owning performance marketing across paid search, paid social, SEO, affiliates, CRM, display and on-site messaging
  • Building acquisition, retention and lifecycle strategies that drive revenue and ROI
  • Managing and optimising significant digital budgets
  • Leading CRM strategy: segmentation, personalisation, journeys and creative testing
  • Working closely with brand, content and social teams to ensure performance activity stays on-brand
  • Managing agencies and developing internal team members
  • Using data and insight to forecast, optimise and improve customer KPIs

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience in digital performance and CRM (brand or agency side)
  • Strong expertise in paid media, CRM and affiliate marketing
  • Comfortable owning strategy, execution and optimisation
  • Commercial, data-driven and confident making decisions
  • Experience working in fast-paced DTC or e-commerce environments
