SALT is supporting an FMCG business with the hire of a Digital Marketing Specialist to support brand activity. This role is responsible for executing digital marketing activity across multiple consumer brands, with a strong focus on social and influencer marketing. The objective is to deliver connected, high‑impact digital campaigns that drive brand growth. You’ll work closely with digital, media, eCommerce, shopper marketing and brand teams, as well as external agencies.

KEY CONTRACT DETAILS

  • 7 month+ contract, outside IR35
  • Hybrid working in SW London
  • £200 per day

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across social, influencer and wider digital channels.
  • Own influencer briefing, content approvals and delivery in line with best practice.
  • Manage agencies and suppliers to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate assets and activity with paid media, eCommerce and shopper marketing teams.
  • Analyse weekly digital performance and share insights and learnings.
  • Support data, measurement, email, sampling and promotional activity across brands.

ABOUT YOU

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with strong social and influencer exposure.
  • Proven experience working with agencies and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring and optimising campaign performance.
  • Confident project management and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, self‑starting approach with ownership mentality.
