Rate: £450 per day Umbrella (£350.88 PAYE)

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support a major Housing Asset Management data improvement programme. Working within a Local Authority environment, you will play a key role in improving the quality of housing asset data, supporting project delivery and ensuring the council has accurate information to drive decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support a large scale data cleansing and data quality improvement programme.
- Work closely with the Lead Analyst to improve data held within the Housing Asset Management system.
- Validate, cleanse and maintain housing asset data.
- Produce reports and dashboards to monitor progress and data quality.
- Track project milestones, risks, actions and dependencies.
- Hold project teams accountable for agreed actions and highlight delivery risks.
- Produce regular progress reports for stakeholders.
- Support project coordination across the Housing Asset Management improvement programme.
- Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Essential Skills
- Previous experience as a Data Analyst.
- Experience working within Housing, Asset Management or Local Government.
- Strong experience with data cleansing, validation and data quality improvement.
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience tracking project plans, actions and risks.
Desirable
- Experience using MRI Asset Management, Orchard or similar Housing Management systems.
- Knowledge of Housing Asset Management data.
- Project Management or PMO experience.
