The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.

Location: Essex (2 days per week onsite)

Rate: £450 per day Umbrella (£350.88 PAYE)

Contract: 6 Months

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support a major Housing Asset Management data improvement programme. Working within a Local Authority environment, you will play a key role in improving the quality of housing asset data, supporting project delivery and ensuring the council has accurate information to drive decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a large scale data cleansing and data quality improvement programme.
  • Work closely with the Lead Analyst to improve data held within the Housing Asset Management system.
  • Validate, cleanse and maintain housing asset data.
  • Produce reports and dashboards to monitor progress and data quality.
  • Track project milestones, risks, actions and dependencies.
  • Hold project teams accountable for agreed actions and highlight delivery risks.
  • Produce regular progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Support project coordination across the Housing Asset Management improvement programme.
  • Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Essential Skills

  • Previous experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Experience working within Housing, Asset Management or Local Government.
  • Strong experience with data cleansing, validation and data quality improvement.
  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience tracking project plans, actions and risks.

Desirable

  • Experience using MRI Asset Management, Orchard or similar Housing Management systems.
  • Knowledge of Housing Asset Management data.
  • Project Management or PMO experience.
