Are you a data-driven digital professional with a passion for improving website performance? We’re seeking a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager to lead optimisation efforts and enhance the online experience for a leading UK leisure brand. This is a newly created role with real responsibility and scope to shape digital strategy.
Salary: Up to £55,000 + performance bonus

5 days in the office per month
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and drive the CRO and SEO roadmap to maximise website conversion and incremental revenue.
- Plan, launch, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests to improve user journeys and lead capture.
- Track and report measurable performance improvements across digital channels.
- Collaborate with content, UX, and technical teams to implement optimisations.
- Mentor and support junior team members, promoting a culture of creativity and data-driven decision making.
- Deputise for the Head of Digital where required and contribute to team strategy and processes.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in CRO, growth marketing, or digital performance roles.
- Strong knowledge of testing platforms (e.g., VWO, Optimizely), GA4, and UX best practices.
- Proven ability to identify friction points and drive measurable revenue through optimisation.
- Comfortable leading or coaching junior colleagues.
- Experience in agile or sprint-based environments.
- Exposure to UX research, journey mapping, or product experimentation.
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams and departments on digital projects.
