Location: United Kingdom (covering Spain & Portugal)
Day Rate: £200-£220 per day (Inside IR35)
Duration: 12 months

About the Role:
This is a market-facing role focused on driving supply growth across premium property markets in Southern Europe. You’ll lead new partner acquisition, develop local market strategy, and manage ongoing relationships with high-end property owners and operators. The role blends strategic market development with hands-on execution, working closely with internal operational and service teams to ensure quality, performance, and long-term partner success.
Requirements:
- 6+ years’ experience in sales, account management, partnerships or business development
- Background in luxury travel, hospitality, real estate or a premium sector
- Proven ability to hit acquisition or revenue targets
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese or Catalan desirable)
