Key Responsibilities- Membership & Engagement
- Support the development and management of relationships with member organisations, ensuring strong engagement and ongoing value.
- Assist with onboarding new members, including participation in introductory meetings and supporting the creation of tailored engagement plans.
- Attend and support events, acting as a key point of contact to facilitate introductions and strengthen network connections.
- Coordinate member-focused activities, including managing guest lists, communications, and event logistics in collaboration with external partners.
- Maintain accurate records within internal systems and manage inbound enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Contribute to ad hoc initiatives such as research projects, reports, and member-focused programmes.
- Content & Digital
- Support the delivery of content and communications across digital channels, ensuring alignment with wider brand and community objectives.
- Write, edit, and schedule regular communications, including newsletters and member updates.
- Manage and grow social media channels, including planning and executing content calendars aligned with marketing and event activity.
- Create and publish editorial content for digital platforms, including articles and member features.
- Maintain and update website content, including member profiles and editorial pages.
- Monitor performance across digital channels, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
- Coordinate creative assets for use across content and member-facing materials.
- Experience in a content, editorial, social media, or membership-focused role, ideally within a premium or brand-led environment.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to engage professionally with external stakeholders.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a clear interest in storytelling and content creation.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using content management systems and social media platforms.
- Confident working with data and analytics to assess performance and inform improvements.
