We’re partnering with a fast-growing, culture-led digital brand with a global audience and a strong presence across social and digital channels. Operating at the intersection of creativity, storytelling and commerce, the business has built a highly engaged community and is now looking to elevate its content and creative output as it continues to scale. This is a senior, hands-on opportunity where you’ll shape and lead the brand’s content strategy across multiple channels, ensuring everything produced is distinctive, high quality and commercially impactful.
The Role
You’ll lead a small, high-performing content and creative team, defining the strategy and standards for content across campaigns, launches and always-on activity. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on creative input, from ideation and storytelling through to art direction and execution. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the brand shows up consistently and creatively across all touchpoints, while using performance insights to continually optimise output and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead content direction across campaigns, launches and ongoing brand activity
- Shape and execute a content strategy that drives engagement, brand awareness and commercial impact
- Drive standout storytelling across social platforms, particularly Instagram
- Ensure consistency and quality across all content channels including social, email, on-site and paid media
- Establish and maintain content guidelines, creative frameworks and workflows
- Use performance data and insights to refine and optimise content strategy
- Manage priorities and budgets across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Act as a brand guardian across all content and creative outputs
