We’re working with a fast‑growing digital consumer brand in East London looking for a Community & Content Executive to help bring their brand to life across content, CRM and community engagement. This role suits someone who loves being close to a brand and its audience – organised and executional, but with a creative eye and a genuine interest in building community.
The Role
You’ll support the delivery of campaigns and content across email, SMS, social media and owned digital channels. It’s a hands‑on, varied role where you’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day execution, keep the community engaged and ensure everything that goes out is accurate, on‑brand and on time.
What You’ll Do
- Write and adapt content for email, SMS and social channels
- Manage and respond to community and customer enquiries across email and social
- Support campaign planning and delivery across multiple channels
- Help build and manage content within platform backends with strong attention to detail
- Assist in the creation of social content including static posts and short‑form video
- Represent the brand in live and recorded content formats
You’ll Bring
