Communications Manager / Senior Manager

An experienced and strategic Employee Communications professional is needed to lead engaging, effective communications related to Total Rewards and other HR (People & Purpose) initiatives across the EMEA, APAC, and Japan regions. The ideal candidate is a strong writer with a deep understanding of internal communications, global HR programs, and stakeholder collaboration, particularly within a fast-paced, high-tech environment. This role involves developing impactful content, aligning communications with organisational goals, and continuously improving employee engagement through measurement and innovation. Key Strengths Required: ~8+ years in employee/internal communications, ideally in the tech sector ~ Expertise in international benefits and total rewards communication ~ Strong writing and editing skills across various formats and channels ~ Strategic communication planning with measurable results ~ Skilled in AI tools, intranet systems, and content platforms ~ Experience with change management and driving employee engagement ~ Ability to work independently across regions and time zones
