Salt have partnered with a market-leading ecommerce retailer hiring a Product Lead to own its discovery experience. They're looking for a Product Lead to own their top-of-funnel discovery experience, shaping how millions of customers find, choose, and buy online.
Your domain spans Search, Browse, Shopping Tools, Promotions, and Agentic AI and you'll be the primary bridge between deep technical capability on one side and real customer and commercial needs on the other. You'll be reporting into a brilliant Head of Product who promotes true autonomy, ownership and impact for her teams while having a strong commercial connection to their customers and the performance of the business.
Clear-headed and decisive – you're comfortable setting direction and picking the highest-impact bets even when things are messy and complex.
Led by the customer – you dig into what people actually need, drawing on both hard data and real human insight to design better experiences.
