A rare opportunity for a seriously talented Senior Art Director to help shape the creative output, culture and future of a fast-growing creative studio. Senior Art Director £Hybrid, 3 days per week in the studio Our client is an ambitious creative studio that partners with global brands to create ideas people genuinely want to spend time with. Their work spans integrated campaigns, brand platforms, social-first content, film, experiences and always-on communications. We're looking to find them a Senior Art Director who can develop outstanding creative ideas and bring them to life through exceptional visual thinking and design craft. You'll work alongside Creative Directors, Copywriters, Strategists, Motion Designers and Producers to create integrated campaigns and compelling visual worlds across a wide range of channels and touchpoints. Lead the visual development of campaigns, content, social-first ideas, brand identities and creative platforms. Partner with Copywriters to develop integrated creative responses to briefs. Art direct photography, film and content shoots from pre-production through to final delivery. Present creative ideas confidently to clients and internal teams. Mentor junior creatives and contribute to the wider design culture. Help shape the studio's creative standards and visual capabilities. Exceptional graphic design and art direction skills. Strong portfolio spanning branding, campaigns, social content, film and visual identities. Able to lead projects and provide clear direction to creative teams and partners. Confident presenting work and building trust with clients. Collaborative, proactive and committed to high creative standards. Experience across brand platforms, campaigns, content and experiential work. You'll have a genuine voice in shaping the work, the team and the future of the business while creating ambitious, beautifully executed creative work alongside talented people who care deeply about quality.
