About the Role
This is a Senior Project Manager role acting as the day-to-day lead across multiple digital and media projects. You’ll be responsible for scoping work, building and managing Statements of Work (SOWs), and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. You’ll use Asana as the central tool for planning and cross-team collaboration, working closely with SEO teams in particular, and coordinating with planning and activation teams when required. A key focus will be optimising ways of working – improving processes, clarifying ownership, and driving smooth end-to-end delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Own project scoping and SOW development, clearly defining deliverables, milestones, timelines, and costs
- Manage project/account commercials and regularly report financial status to senior stakeholders
- Refine and improve project workflows and processes to drive efficiency and effective collaboration
- Work closely with SEO teams (and planning/activation teams where relevant) to ensure seamless delivery
- Act as a client-facing lead on scope, delivery, and project status
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and scope changes, ensuring commercial control
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to enhance performance and efficiency
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a Senior Project Manager role (or higher)
- Proven experience within digital, media or agency environments
- Strong track record of SOW creation, end-to-end project delivery, and commercial reporting
- Confident client-facing skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Comfortable using project management tools (ideally Asana) for cross-functional delivery
Desirable
- Solid understanding of biddable media and SEO
- Experience working within media, creative, digital, or production-focused teams
- Demonstrable experience improving ways of working, workflows, and project governance
