Salt are partnered with an enterprise organisation and are looking for a Marketing Programme Manager to join on a contract basis (maternity cover).

Location: London

Rate: ÂŁ450 per day (inside IR35)

Duration: 9 months

About the Role:

This role sits at the centre of a large-scale internal marketing technology transformation, with responsibility for aligning international teams to global priorities and driving adoption of enterprise-wide marketing programmes. You’ll act as the key connector between corporate and regional stakeholders, ensuring international perspectives are represented in planning, governance and execution. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on programme management, focusing on visibility, accountability and consistent delivery across multiple markets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing, operations or programme management within a global, matrixed organisation
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technology and advertising technology ecosystems
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable translating complex initiatives into clear, executive-level summaries
  • Experience influencing without direct authority

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & Alignment: Own strategic planning for an international marketing programme aligned to fiscal priorities; represent regional teams in global forums and close feedback loops; deliver clear, executive-ready updates for senior leadership.
  • Programme Management: Plan and deliver the annual programme roadmap; own reporting, risk management and progress tracking; drive internal awareness through impactful communications; manage cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with regional and functional stakeholders to maintain alignment; cascade leadership messaging across international teams; participate in working groups to align on priorities and use cases.
  • Product Adoption & Enablement: Champion adoption of marketing platforms across regions; assess product fit and define adoption expectations; support enablement and remove delivery blockers.
  • Insights & Feedback: Capture and share employee insight with governance and product teams; surface value stories and success moments to build momentum.
