We are partnering with a fast-growing, boutique transformation consultancy to hire a Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Lead. This is a high-impact role where you will take ownership of complex integration / M&A programmes for private equity-backed businesses, driving value creation from deal strategy through to execution.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering integration strategies, working closely with senior stakeholders including C-suite executives, operational leaders, and investors. This is an opportunity to step into a role with real accountability, autonomy, and accelerated career progression.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading end-to-end post-merger integration programmes from due diligence through to operating model implementation.
- Translating deal theses and diligence outputs into clear, executable integration plans and workstreams.
- Establishing and managing Integration Management Offices (IMO), including governance, reporting, and decision frameworks.
- Driving synergy delivery and value realisation, ensuring measurable commercial outcomes.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams across technology, operations, finance, legal, and HR.
- Supporting multiple acquisitions concurrently within structured governance frameworks.
What We’re Looking For:
- ~3+ years consulting experience (6+ years total professional experience).
- Strong track record delivering multiple end-to-end integration programmes.
- Experience within financial services.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence working at board and investor level.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into structured, milestone-driven execution plans.
