We are partnering with a fast-growing, boutique transformation consultancy to hire a Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Lead. This is a high-impact role where you will take ownership of complex integration / M&A programmes for private equity-backed businesses, driving value creation from deal strategy through to execution.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering integration strategies, working closely with senior stakeholders including C-suite executives, operational leaders, and investors. - Leading end-to-end post-merger integration programmes from due diligence through to operating model implementation
- Establishing and managing Integration Management Offices (IMO), including governance, reporting, and decision frameworks
- Driving synergy delivery and value realisation, ensuring measurable commercial outcomes
- Coordinating cross-functional teams across technology, operations, finance, legal, and HR
- Supporting multiple acquisitions concurrently within structured governance frameworks
3+ years consulting experience (6+ years total professional experience)
