Salt are partnering with an organisation and are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to join on a contract basis.
- Start: ASAP
- Contract: 6 months
- Day Rate: £500-550 per day (Inside IR35)
This role sits within a fast-paced, international marketing function and focuses on hands-on delivery of CRM-led campaigns across multiple regions. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end campaign execution, working independently within CRM platforms while collaborating closely with regional and global stakeholders.
The position requires confidence in activating campaigns, building audiences, managing email journeys and optimising performance, while also knowing when to collaborate with specialist teams to ensure delivery at pace and quality.
- Strong experience working independently within CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Previous exposure to Optimove or Salesforce preferred, with the ability to ramp up quickly in Optimove
- Proven capability in building audience segments, setting up email journeys and producing performance reporting
- Comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end, including going live and making in-flight amendments within CRM tools
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working and confidence using Jira
- Able to collaborate effectively with offshore or regional teams, understanding when to delegate or seek specialist support (e.g. email build support)
