Salt are partnering with a customer-focused digital loyalty and rewards organisation and are looking for a CRM Operations Specialist to join on a freelance contract basis.

About the Role:
This is a hands-on CRM Operations role focused on supporting the delivery, execution and optimisation of customer communications across multiple CRM channels. Working closely with marketing, product, data and technical teams, you will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are built, tested and deployed accurately, while helping to improve operational processes and campaign performance.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing CRM workflows, audience segmentation, data quality and campaign execution, ensuring customers receive relevant and engaging communications throughout their lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CRM Operations, CRM Campaign Management or Marketing Operations roles
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms and customer engagement tools
- Experience building, testing and deploying email, push notification and in-app campaigns
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, customer journeys and lifecycle marketing
- Strong attention to detail with experience managing campaign QA and reporting processes
- Comfortable working with data teams to ensure audience accuracy and data integrity
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
